The raw annotated access-log explorer now stays inside Syndu's admin channel.

That is a product boundary, not just an access denial. Raw logs stay operator-side, while reusable decisions move outward through report shells, the Risk API, and MCP memory. This preserves privacy, commercial integrity, and the governed memory loop buyers actually use.

You can still create an account for the commercial surfaces, quota dashboard, and API-key flows. That account access does not include raw access-log browsing.
