We keep the explorer visible because the scoring and reports are grounded in real annotated traffic, but we no longer serve raw access logs outside the operator boundary now that the platform carries commercial activity and subscription surfaces.
You can still create an account for the commercial surfaces, quota dashboard, and API-key flows. That account access does not include raw access-log browsing.
